Level 1 IKE "I am Aware"

Experience deeper awareness and holistic re-connection on all levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - through movement, nourishing organic vegan food, dance, healing touch and meditation.

Learn, give and receive two 1h transforming Hawaiian massages daily, concentrating on the back of the body, head, face and feet.

Explore the power of intention, energy and intuition. Practice many kinesiology techniques for energy balancing and integration. Meditate daily, dance and play with collage. Learn to listen and trust your inner guidance. Leave feeling light, rejuvenated and excited to use these powerful self-care tools.

Level 2 MANA "I am Confident"

Open yourself to heart and your own inner wisdom. Enjoy daily relaxation, dance, play, nature and loving touch.

Learn, give and receive two 1h transforming Hawaiian massages daily, concentrating on the front of the body, head, face and feet.

Explore topics such as Communication, Inner Child and Self Esteem. Experience the power of thought, love, appreciation, gratitude and self-assertion. Leave with wonderful healing tools to help you feel more confident, open and loving.

Level 3 KALA "I am Free"

Play with rhythms of the 4 elements – fire, water, earth and air. Allow yourself to surrender to gifts and intuitive messages from the universe. Experience deep emotional shifts and healing.

Learn, give and receive two transforming 1h full body Hawaiian massages daily. Master your massage practice with even deeper breathing and naturally flowing strokes.

Explore the meaning of pain in relation to healing. Experience deep relaxation and leave with a wonderful sense of freedom and ability for self-expression.

About your facilitators

Laika van Oostveen is a Kinesiologist, Kahuna Massage Therapist and K-Power® Instructor. Sixteen years ago she discovered her passion for holistic therapies, nutrition and self-development. She started her own practice as a life-style consultant in 1994 and over the past sixteen years has studied and practiced many holistic therapies both in Europe and South Africa. Some of these therapies are:
Japanese Saionji, Chinese and Hawaiian Kahuna massages, Reiki, Matrix Energetics, Silva method, The Journey therapy, EFT and her true passion, Specialized Kinesiology. For the past six years, she has run her own practice as a Kinesiologist and Kahuna Massage Therapist in Randburg, Gauteng. She facilitates self-healing and Kinesiology K-Power® workshops and together with Gabby, she facilitates a Kinesiology and Life Skills Rehabilitation Program at Leeuwkop Prison.

Gabby Fels started her Healing Path in 1990 with a Diploma in Reflexology. This did not satisfy her thirst for knowledge and she became interested in Nutrition before discovering Kinesiology! This became a passion and it was not long before she opened a ‘clinic’ and started to see clients daily, whilst participating in every Kinesiology course that became available! In 1993 she became a Touch For Health Instructor, and is still registered as such with the International College of Kinesiology in Australia. She also became an ICPKP Instructor and taught students wanting to follow a professional career in Kinesiology.

In addition to Kinesiology, Gabby explored many different healing modalities, including massage, Aura Reading, Holographic Repatterning and many more. She is a Reiki Master and in 2000 Gabby became a Faculty Member of the International College of Professional Kinesiology Practice (ICPKP) in St. Heliers, New Zealand.

A few years later Gabby started the S.A. Kinesiology Practitioner College in Johannesburg. Currently she is the Gauteng Examiner for Touch For Health Proficiency and a Registered Kinesiology Instructor in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.

Gabby’s life changed dramatically when she followed the urge to work with prisoners and in 2006 started a Stress Management/Rehabilitation Programme at Leeuwkop Maximum Security Prison, teaching Kinesiology and Life Skills to inmates. She was nominated for the Woman Of The Year Competition, for her prison work. In November 2009 her book "Healing In A Maximum Security Prison – A Life Skills and Kinesiology Handbook" was published. The aim is to make this book available to every inmate in South Africa and if possible, globally. Gabby and Laika continue to teach at Leeuwkop Prison.
