CD 3: Seven Fantasia Meditations

Seven Music tracks made available as a play-alone CD, a total of 57 minutes of gentle but powerful musical compositions. These multi-instrument pieces were specifically composed by composer and author Frank Valentyn for his Meta-Meditations to evoke deep spiritual, emotional and mental dynamics, to enable transcendent states of consciousness and guide you to higher psycho-spiritual evolution.

Frank Valentyn is a national prizewinning classical guitarist, lecturer, teacher, author and composer and had his work performed at the Johannesburg Civic Theatre.

The Seven Meta-Meditations evoke an awareness of a deeper, underlying reality that is mostly transparent to our normal consciousness in modern, hectic daily lives. They offer deep insight into the nature of our consciousness, our relationship with the Universe, and the mystical striving towards harmonic resolution that forms a mostly unseen, but deeply active motivational core in all self-actualising individuals and entities.

CD 4: Seven Meta-Meditation Texts

The texts of the seven Meta-Meditations, almost thirteen thousand words, made separately available on this fourth CD. These may be read on-screen or printed out to enhance your experience of the Meta-Meditations.

The four disks are contained in a single multi-tray cassette together with an eight page colour-printed booklet on high quality paper introducing each section with a detailed description and background.
